Our neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and we do live in Amish country. Farmers do farm the fields around us so you may see a tractor or two at times. If you feel like taking a walk, there are a few nice roads to enjoy near our house. Feel free to park in our driveway. Please do not drive through the grass or flower beds. No local transportation is nearby. Although there are TVs in each room, they will only work by you bringing your own streaming devices. There are no TV services otherwise. Please leave our home exactly how it was when you arrived. If you have used any dishes, please wash them before you leave. Do not go down the basement steps. It is locked and we have it gated off so that area is not for guests. Only remain on the first floor. The back of the house and back yard isn't for guests either. We have a big front yard and large side yards. So please do not go into the back yard. Do not smoke in our house. You may smoke outside, but you must get rid of all cigarette or smoking debris properly and sanitarily. All pets are always welcome in our home, PLEASE always clean up after your pets properly, and do not let them chew or scratch our furniture. The hot tub is not for guests to use--it is empty and is to be left alone. Always leave baby gate up at top of steps to ensure all children, pets, and adults are safe. UTV RENTAL: Rent a UTV to explore the trails during your stay at the cabin! We are excited to offer a brand new 2021 John Deere Gator for rent during your stay at the cabin. We have 60 private acres with lots of trails to explore. The gator is a fun and exciting way to experience the forest. We will have the gator filled with fuel and waiting in the driveway for you. All we ask is that you treat the machine, and the land with respect. The cost of the rental is $150 per day in addition to any accommodation fees. There is also a contract/waiver we will email to you, it will need to be electronically signed and emailed back. DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: This cabin sits in the center of our 60 private Acres, surrounded by approximately 600 acres of private and state hunting lands. it's a great place to get away from it all and immerse yourself in nature. Take in a gorgeous sunset from the wraparound porch, roast some marshmallows on a campfire at the fire ring, hike around the woods on all of the trails, you can even paddle around our pond in a canoe! The cabin is rather small, about 1,000 square feet total. It consists of a bathroom, downstairs kitchen area, and an upstairs living and sleeping space. Three rooms in total. The kitchen features all brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice machine, dishwasher, natural gas oven with cooktop, and a microwave. there are plenty of plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups, and silverware. there's also a chef's knife set, a basket of specialty cooking utensils, acacia cutting board, and a high-quality set of cast iron skillets, pans, and pots. There is also a large bluetooth boombox available for guest use. Upstairs there is comfy sectional couch, full size murphy bed, and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on top. all the beds have high quality memory foam mattresses. All of the recessed lighting upstairs is fully dimmable. The space has a beautiful juxtaposition of hand hewn rustic beams with clean white walls. The cabin has a freshly renovated kitchen with all new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The spacious bathroom has 10' ceilings with a skylight over the shower. Here's how it works: rent the cabin for two nights. This is a must, you need 2 nights to be able to squeeze it all in. It can be any two nights of the week, doesn't have to be just weekends. After you book the cabin, shoot us a message and let us know you're interested in the canoe and kayak package. We will notify the outfitter of your interest and when you're coming, and then you are responsible for contacting them to sort  the specifics of your trip. They generally charge around $55 per person to pick you up and drop you off at the cabin, and that fee includes them providing you a kayak or canoe. The schedule is super easy. You arrive on your first day at the check-in time anytime after 2 p.m., get settled in, and enjoy an evening at the cabin. Built in 2000, Conneaut Lake Casa is not only a great summer getaway, but also a year round house that we offer during the off season. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is a one level house with brick patio and front and rear yards. Comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your short or long term stay. Master bedroom has a double bed that is adjustable with remote. The other two bedrooms have lovely unique built in bunks with the lower bunks both extending to a king sized bed with memory foam mattresses. They also have built in drawers for your personal items. During the summer, the rental comes with beach privileges (Konneaut Knoll). This side of the lake is a wonderful neighborhood and community great for great walks down to the water and with the Iroquis Boating Club. There are TV's in every bedroom with DVD players and movies available to watch and wifi for your convenience. The house also has a full size front loading washer and dryer. This charming 1870’s home is my residence which I rent out when I am away from home flying. I work for United Airlines and away from home alot. I have a little trailer I stay in out in back yard if i happen to be in town when house is rented. I have 3 indoor/outdoor cats that live with me so you must be a catlover to rent this home. I am minutes away from Deer Park as well as Lago Winery and Mortals Key Brewery. Again must be a cat lover. 3 cats live here full time as indoor/outdoor cats. This is an 140 year old home complete with some cracks in ceiling, there is no central air although the main bedroom has a window a/c unit.

For your protection and convenience, there are two security cameras on the exterior of the property. One is posted facing the road/front door entrance, and the other is facing the deck/canal. Our Allegheny River Cottage is a comfortable two (2) bedroom, one (1) bathroom getaway that is sure to bring relaxation your way throughout your stay. This cottage is pet friendly and boasts a large fenced kennel in the back yard for all of your furry friends (no additional pet fees)! Just steps away from the Allegheny River, Clear Creek State Forest, and the Allegheny Rails to Trails Bike Trial, you will have no problem finding a new adventure each day of your stay! As with all of our rental properties, there is no smoking permitted in the house.

The Lord's given us 35 acres, a mile off main drag, near: bike trails, parks, golfing, Allegheny River & Barrow Theatre (search for shows and times). A little piece of paradise, with your own entrance, and decorated with a bit of whimsy; you're assured peace and tranquility...a true blessing! Our "farm" has horses, chickens and a dog; hike with a map, or ride your horse, with a waiver. Good for solo and family. I cook farm fresh eggs for breakfast schedules permitting. In winter, AWD/4WD recommended. God is good and we try honoring Jesus in ALL we do. That means hosting you! You can have total privacy, or socialize, if you like. What you get: a private room with a private entrance and private bathroom. You also have access to the: pond, pool, deck area, trails and zip line (waiver required). We’re good for solos and families(your comfort is a priority and we have a Double and twin beds). Riders are given a map and waiver to sign. We are just a hop, skip and a jump away from Two Mile Run Park, where you can fish, kayak, hike and cross country ski. If you enjoy biking, we are handy to several trails that are part of the Erie to Pittsburgh Trail. There are also several golf courses and driving ranges in the area. There are several nice places to eat and there’s a list in your room...a microwave is in your room. The WiFi password is waiting for you when you get here. Please note: the internet can be spotty and it’s not lighting speed. Also, you’ll need WiFi calling to make calls from your room. Camp at Pymatuning Lake in the comfort cottage/camp feel. We have provided all you need for a relaxing get-away and camping adventure. Beer Camp is conveniently located within walking distance to Pymatuning lake. (1 house off the lake) You can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing and much more. When you rent this property, a dock space is provided. The dock and boat ramp are roughly 100 yards from the front door. The cottage sleeps 6 adults comfortably, with room outside for tents or campers. This is a two bedroom camp with double beds and one pull out couch with a queen bed in the living room. Our newest addition is the outdoor, open pavilion with furniture and a comfortable and cooling ceiling fan. We have a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, storage containers, silver ware, glass ware, coffee pot, blender, hand blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot and more. At Beer Camp we have two showers (one outside and one inside). The outside shower is a great way to clean off after a day in the lake or just a hot fishing day! The outdoor fire pit is perfect for a relaxation evening. We provide the fire wood and also have the option to use a grill top that goes over the fire pit for real authentic camp fire cooking. A propane grill is also available. On the main patio we have a homemade picnic table for 10-15 people. On the other side of the house there is an additional circular table that seats 4 people under a covered porch (our preferred morning coffee spot). Direct TV and Wifi are also included. There is no other property like this in the area. Only finished eight years ago, this beautiful "cabin" is a real slice of heaven. The kitchen boasts awesome appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets with all the quality cookware you could need. A REAL cook owns this property so there are lots of ingredients on hand to create great food for your lake visit. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds plus a loft with a foldout full but small bed, a queen futon and couch in the common shared living room so plenty of places to sleep. There is a whirlpool bathtub and a large shower downstairs plus a second half bath upstairs. Please note the outdoor hot tub is not connected and not part of the rental. There is a large flat screen Smart TV with cable. WIFI is available too for all of your devices and we added an Amazon Alexa Echo Dot for 2021. The property has two decks for you to enjoy the front and rear of the property, a fenced in front yard where your dogs can romp in the front, and a firepit in the backyard with plenty of seating and a new Weber charcoal grill also for 2021. The total outdoor space makes for just under 3 acres so you can walk amongst the trees and enjoy nature. The pontoon boat is not part of the rental. You can bring your own or rent one at the Espyville Marina, which is 5 miles away.

Overlooking the Allegheny River, Copperhead Retreat provides glamping in a small, exclusive campground. Our retreat offers three glamping sites - The tipi has a queen sized bed and full sized sofa bed with beautiful river and mountain views. Outdoors is a picnic table with sun umbrella, a fire ring and bar-b-que. The bathhouse is luxurious, private and we provide clean, fresh towels. Continental breakfast is included.

This is an Older property, not super fancy at all, but its been a good rental over the years for us... A bedroom at each end with a Full-Size Bed in each room, a pull out couch in the Livingroom. Lots of room for the kids to run around, or just a cute and quiet place for a few people. TV's with Cable and DVD Player. Movies onsite for you to watch too. We DO NOT offer Wi-Fi anymore because a former guest illegally downloaded an album… As a result they ruined it for everyone Kitchen area, Living room, Bathroom and more.. Gas Grill on site and a fire pit out back for you to enjoy. We also installed a Pavilion that is SHARED with the property next door that we own, with 2 gas grills and lots of picnic table space... This is not the Hilton or even Holiday Inn Express, but it's our little place, which we are sharing with you, a place where you can come and relax, do some fishing and just have a fun time...
